How to start with Fantine?
Fantine has several shipments scheduled throughout the year so you can bring in your fresh lots in the most convenient way. Check the calendar, get acquainted with the logistic terms and book your coffee through the platform.
OB- Order before date. This is the deadline to reserve your coffee. Log into the platform, choose your lots, check the dates at the top and book in advance.
ETD- Estimated departure. Date on which the coffee is shipped from origin. For some countries, pre-shipment samples may be requested prior to delivery. Depending on the destination country, you may need to have the necessary permits and authorizations in order to receive them.
ETA- Estimated arrival. This is the estimated arrival date in Europe. Dates are estimated and may vary due to additional inspections or formalities beyond our control. Once payment is received, the coffee is shipped from our warehouse in Belgium to anywhere in Europe. Transit time in Europe is approximately 5 days. Not based in Europe?
